3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
(1) Purpose of use of personal information received in writing (including through electronic means such as the home page and e-mail, referred to below as “written communication”) directly from an Individual

In The Case of Matters Pertaining to Job Recruitment

  • To be included as part of applications received for employment at the Company, and
  • as employee information for personnel and labor management, business management, health management, and security management.

In The Case of Matters Pertaining to Business Inquiries

  • For the purpose of answering inquiries regarding the Company’s products and/or services;
  • for the purpose of corresponding with clients, receiving orders, and in requesting and delivering payment;
  • for the purpose of providing information to customers via a newsletter; and
  • for the purpose of receiving inquiries regarding new business opportunities, such as website development.

In The Case of Matters pertaining to Membership Registration

  • For the purpose of confirming members’ identities during login or after having logged in to use the Company’s services
  • for the purpose of providing information to customers via a newsletter; and
  • for the purpose of receiving inquiries regarding new business opportunities, such as website development.
(2) Purpose of use of personal information received through means other than written communication
  • For the purpose of carrying out contracted business activities, such as website development or consulting;
  • for the purpose of responding to inquiries received via telephone, etc. regarding the Company’s business, services, etc.; and
  • for the purpose of confirming the status of an application for commissioned advertising materials.
(3) In the case of personal information obtained from published materials, said information will only be used within the scope of its purpose of use.
4. Purpose of Use of Personal Information That Is Subject to Disclosure
  • As employee information for personnel and labor management, business management, health management, and security management;
  • to be included as part of applications received for employment at the Company;
  • for the purpose of internal business management, such as business correspondence, taking orders, and requesting and delivering payment; and
  • for the purpose of carrying out contracted business activities, such as website development or consulting.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company will disclose or allow the use of personal information within the scope specified below:

Within the scope of the purpose of use expounded in Section 3, the Company may share an inquiry with its partner companies to facilitate the above-mentioned activities.

Except for the cases stipulated above, and unless the consent of the Individual is obtained or if required by law, the Company will not use information provided, nor disclose the information to a third-party, beyond the scope of its purpose of use.

6. Joint Use of Personal Information

The Company outsources parts of its business in order to provide the Customer with better service, and it may entrust personal information to outside entities. In such cases, the Company will take appropriate measures to safeguard against the misuse or accidental disclosure of personal information by selecting businesses that comply with the Company’s protocols for the handling of personal information and by clearly outlining proper management and confidentiality protection in the terms of the contract.

7. Rights Regarding the Disclosure of Personal Information

The Customer retains the right to make inquiries to the Company’s consultation desk regarding the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, discontinuation of use, destruction, and discontinuation of disclosure of their personal information. In such an event, unless otherwise required by law, upon confirming the identity of the Customer, the Company will respond to the inquiry within a reasonable time frame. 8. Refusal to Provide Personal Information

Clients and other contacts may provide the Company with personal information at their own discretion. However, in the event that requested information is not provided, the Company may be unable to provide certain services, or an applicant may be excluded from selection when applying for employment with the Company.

9. Collection Methods by Which the User Cannot Easily be Recognized

The Company’s website uses cookies to enhance the browsing experience. Use of cookies does not infringe on the Customers’ privacy and poses no risk to devices used to access the site.
Furthermore, the Company’s website encrypts all received personal information using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The Company has also taken measures to protect information within the Company’s website, including the implementation of firewalls. However, please be aware that due to the nature of internet communication, the Company cannot guarantee total protection from malicious attacks.

Due to the nature of e-mail communication, there is a risk that any communication via e-mail may be interrupted or intercepted by third parties.
