April 2000 Export Japan is established in Kita-ku, Osaka City, as “export-to-japan.com,” an internet company specializing in inbound marketing with ¥10,000,000 in capital stock.
April 2002 Tokyo office is established in Ginza as a base of operations in the greater Tokyo area.
December 2002 Export-to-japan.com becomes the front-facing agent of japan-guide.com, a portal site for foreigners living in or visiting Japan.
January 2003 Company name is officially changed to “Export Japan Inc.”
June 2003 Company headquarters moved to Higashi Osaka to work designing a new website and product exhibitions for Creation Core Higashi Osaka
February 2004 Received accreditation by Osaka Prefecture under the Law on Supporting Business Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises.
December 2004 Tokyo office is moved to Hiroo.
April 2006 Tokyo office is moved to Shibuya.
January 2007 Preparation are made to open a Chinese branch in Changsha, Hunan Province.
February 2007 Tokyo office is moved to Ebisu.
August 2007 Investments received from JTB Corporation and others. Capital stock increased to 61.17 million JPY.
September 2007 Chinese branch established as legal entity in Changsha, Hunan Province. (Company name: Changsha Ritong Business Services Co., Ltd.)
December 2007 Tokyo office is moved to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshimae.
January 2008 Company headquarters are moved to Awajichō, Chūō-ku, Osaka.
October 2012 Partner company PIJIN Co., Ltd. commences work on QR Translator.
February 2017 Company headquarters moved to Hiranomachi, Chūō-ku, Osaka.
